Hi! I’m Anne,

I create these fun desserts that bring together healthy eating, deliciousness and convenience. My thrill, always, is to make the most delicious and nutritious desserts, brownies and snacks with no empty calories. As a result, every crumb is good and healthy while providing the body what it needs to thrive, be strong, and healthy.

 

I am a musical director, musician and composer (Cirque du Soleil, Cirque Eloize, Jersey Boys, and many others). I am as well a passionate hiker and nature lover who’s up in the mountains as often as possible. I can have a very demanding schedule at times. I know what it means to need and crave powerful and nourishing foods, and I love desserts! So I always make sure I have a nice variety of them handy.

I’ve been baking my whole life. I have a 300 page book that will soon be published. I am excited about making available what my creative mind has been putting together, because what I am about to share has been so helpful to me! I would love that as many people as possible can benefit from it too!

Baking on tour

Born in Ottawa (Canada), Anne lived and freelanced in Montreal (Quebec) for several years. 
She toured internationally before relocating to Las Vegas (Nevada) in 2002 to join the beautiful Cirque du Soleil show “O”.
A true nature lover, the gorgeously beautiful wonder-filled American Southwest naturally became her home. She has since worked on several other shows in Las Vegas as well on the road. Also, Anne volunteers time regularly doing trail maintenance in the mountains.

WHAT I THINK

  • Life's too short: I want dessert every day!

  • We can eat dessert daily (those I make) with no concern for weight or getting proper nutrition for the body.

  • Eating is a pleasure in life! No food “limitations” can change that.

  • Making our own mouth-watering, scrumptious healthy desserts doesn’t require hours of training! Anyone willing to spend just a little time once in a while in the kitchen can do it.

WHAT I ASPIRE TO

  • Be of help to others who want to eat healthy and feel better in their body.

  • Share solutions. I know what it is to face food “restrictions”. I’m honored to help!

  • Leave the planet better than I found it. I love finding ways to reduce food waste as much as possible, especially because it generally means that my body and immune system are getting even more nutrition than they would have in the first place! (Look for “Pause 4 Planet” tips).

WHAT INSPIRES ME

  • Mother Nature, Mother Earth, Her generosity, beauty and wisdom.

  • All the brilliantly talented and creative other chefs and artists out there walking their own path, thinking and creating outside the box!
